I thought this was a pretty one.  I like the spectacles.  It also came in two forms - I think the paler tuber is a somatic mutant.

Are the eyes arranged spirally?  I don't think I've noticed that on a potato before.

@matthill Yes, they are.  It is easier to notice when they are marked so clearly.  A tuber is just a modified stem, so it has the same structures and basic arrangement.  The eyes are nodes, containing buds, and are spaced on the same pattern as the aerial stems, but distorted by the greater size of the tuber.  The end of the tuber opposite where it connects to the stolon is called the rose end and that is because you can see the spiral arrangement if you look at it directly.
