Not available for pre-order as we had a crop failure in 2016 and need to rebuild stock.
Large yellow tubers without contrasting eyes. Similar in form to Orange. Large, vigorous plants and high yielding. Fairly mild flavor for mashua – probably a bit spicier than Blanca, but much milder than Ken Aslet. In very wet conditions, seems to be susceptible to both staining and cracking. If your mashua is going to have wet feet, Orange may be a better choice than Sapu-añu, although the tubers look great together.
Contains enough material to grow at least two plants. There may be two tubers, two pieces, or a large tuber that can be cut in two.
