Oca, Hopin, 5 small (2018 PRE-ORDER)

Product Description

Best cultivar for the Pacific Northwest? Hopin doesn’t quite match Sunset for top yield, but produces larger tubers overall and seems a bit more resistant to damage from light frosts. Yields over two pounds are not unusual. Large red/pink tubers.  Green stems and foliage.  Flavor brings to mind turnip, fairly tart. This is the variety that most sellers of unnamed oca provide, making it probably the most popular variety in the USA.
