This is a lovely heirloom variety was collected in the Lake Titicaca region in the 1990s. The peach to orange skin color is not common in oca. Flavor is just slightly acidic, kind of a potato/carrot combination, I think. Very good yields. I think this could become one of our most popular varieties.
