This item is a pre-order for our 2017 crop, to be delivered between fall 2017 and spring 2018.
A top yielding variety that produces a pretty even distribution of small, medium, and large tubers. The big ones are among the largest of any variety. The color is light green when first dug, darkening after exposure. Rarely, there will be a few purple spots. Greening is normal for ulluco tubers, but it looks a lot more attractive on varieties that actually start out green. May suffer from some surface staining in wet soil, but this doesn’t affect edibility.
