Jerusalem Artichoke Pollinator Mix 2017

We allowed our Jerusalem artichoke patch to seed freely and become feral over a period of about 10 years. In 2017, we had to move it and dug the patch. There was a surprising diversity of varieties unlike the commercial types that were originally planted.
