Potato Skin and Flesh Color Chart

A flowchart shows outcomes according to the following logic: If P and not I then white skin and flesh; if P and I and Pf, then Blue skin and flesh; if P and I and not Pf and not M, then blue skin and white flesh; if P and I and not Pf and M then whte skin and flesh with blue around eyes; if not P and not R, then white skin and flesh; if not P and R and not I then white skin and flesh; if not P and R and I and Pf, then red skin and red flesh; if not P and R and I and not Pf and not M, then red skin and white flesh; if not P and R and I and not Pf and M, then white skin and flesh with red around eyes.

This chart may not be completely accurate, particularly in requiring Pf to be off in order for M to express. This is not completely clear in the literature. It appears to be correct in my experience.
