Accession Details
A phureja type diploid collected in Pasto Colombia before 1951. Noted for being grown in a warm climate.
Observations
TPS. Good germination. Ovate, elliptic, elongate. Yellows, reds, and a few blues. Moderately deep eyes. White or yellow flesh. Short stolons. Mid season.
Commentary
The male parent of Yukon Gold was derived from a cross between a seedling of this accession and a Katahdin dihaploid.
