Accession Details
A Colombian phureja type diploid potato. It was collected at market in Nariño in 1948, grown in a storekeeper’s garden. GRIN notes late blight, PVY resistance.
Observations
TPS. Mix of oblong and elongate. Reds and yellows. White to deep yellow flesh, including some with red. Eyes shallow to moderately deep. Mid to late season. Short stolons.
Commentary
Initial seed increase 2.5g.
