An andigena type tetraploid collected in Bolivia before 1959.
Observations
TPS. Tubers mostly ovoid, some round. Medium to shallow eyes. Mostly blues, some reds, some white with red. Mostly white flesh, some with a touch of color. Abundant flowering. Plenty of berries with high seed counts. Short to medium stolons. Foliage affected by early blight. Late season and some short day. Long dormancy.
Commentary
I knew this one was a long shot. 48 chromosome accession identified as S. ajanhuiri. It is almost certainly S. tuberosum subsp. andigenum.
