A common market variety from Colombia. Tubers are long and white with purple eyes and some irregular purple blushing. Tubers can be anywhere from an inch to a foot long. This can be a very high yielding variety when allowed to climb and spread. Mild flavor for mashua. Latest to flower of any of the varieties that we grow. Flesh color darkens to purple when cooked.
Contains enough material to grow at least two plants. There may be two tubers, two pieces, or a large tuber that can be cut in two.
